The following files are provided to assist in writing your motion to Terminate Probation Early and Notice of Hearing.

Form01_GOP.rtfDefendant’s Notice of Hearing and Motion to Terminate Probation. (Must attach Motion to Terminate Probation Early to Notice of Hearing.  Use if the court allows you to schedule a Hearing before filing the Motion to Terminate Defendant’s Probation Early.)  See Chapter Seven, pages 37 to 41.  (Use this motion if you have scheduled a hearing prior to filing your motion with the court.  This should be filed with your Motion to Terminate Probation.)

Form02_GOP.rtfDefendant’s Motion to Terminate Probation. See Chapter Six, pages 31 to 36 and Chapter Ten, pages 48 to 58.

Form03_GOP.rtfDefendant’s Notice of Hearing:  Use this form if the court requires you to first file your Motion to Terminate Probation before you can schedule a hearing.  See Chapter Seven, pages 37 to 41.  (Use this motion if you scheduled your hearing after filing your motion with the court.)

Form04_GOP.rtfJudge’s Order Granting Defendant’s Motion to Terminate Probation.  Most likely you will not have to submit the judge’s order to the court.  (This is more common in smaller courts.  Ask the court clerk or the judge’s assistant if you need to write this motion.)  See Chapt. Nine, pages 45 to 47.

Form05_GOP.rtfJudge’s Order Denying Defendant’s Motion to Terminate Probation.  Most likely you will not have to submit the judge’s order to the court.  (This is more common in smaller courts.  Ask the court clerk or the judge’s assistant if you need to write this motion.)  See Chapter Nine, pages 45 to 47.
